One of the downfalls of our busy culture is that people are constantly tired. Just look around you the next time you are on a plane. The percentage of people sleeping is a good indication of the state of the general population. There are many reasons for persistent fatigue. Some are easy fixes, others require the help of a good doctor. Most all require lifestyle changes. You CAN have more energy! You just have to want it enough to go after it. I joined your site during Lent this year and found it very helpful. I am a widow in my late 60’s and have struggled to find my place in this new world I’m dealing with. i think enthusiasm contributes to energy. Hopefully this blog will generate some enthusiasm in me to look forward to the future.
