The new Holistic Christian Woman version of the Daily Ascesis is out, with a pretty cover that matches the Holistic Christian Woman book!  It will be great bundled together as a gift.  But, I’m also adding a more personal opportunity for anyone who is serious about making 2018 a year of progress.

I call it the Gift of Peace and Health Package.  It includes the original Holistic Christian Woman book, a year’s worth of My Daily Ascesis Planners, and a 1 hour personal consultation with me via Skype to create a plan to reach her health goals throughout the year.  Plus, a once a quarter check in to answer questions, have an accountability partner, and get support.

My regular rate will be $2000 for a six month program in 2018, so this package will be an affordable way to get some personal coaching, along with a framework to achieve your goals!
